Thompson is a Consultant focusing on diversity management, organizational
development and sales effectiveness training. Mr. Thompson has spent
most of his career as a sales and marketing professional where he established
himself as a creative problem solver, strategic thinker, and program
developer. He holds a BA in English from Morris College and an MA in
Technical Writing with specialty in Training and Development from Bowling
Green State University.
Queeney is a Consultant bringing extensive experience in managing
the training function, organizational development, coaching and management
training, as well as brain-based learning and accelerated learning.
Prior to joining Simmons, he was responsible for developing new hire
orientation programs, customer service training, feedback and coaching
training, as well as train-the-trainer programs. Mr. Queeney holds a
BS Degree from Wilkes University and an MA in Communication Studies
from Bloomsburg University.
Allison V. Manswell is a Senior Consultant with Simmons specializing in training,
consulting, client management, strategic planning and work life. Ms.
Manswell has several years of experience in the fields of training and
design, and human resource management. Prior to joining Simmons, she
was responsible for the development and oversight of corporate sponsored
childcare centers nationwide, as well as the development and implementation
of work life programs for 4500 employees. Ms. Manswell earned her Masters
Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Managerial
Leadership. She also holds a BA in Justice and Law Enforcement.
