Executive Coaching

Leadership is considered by many world-class firms to be the single greatest asset and criteria for organizational success. Leaders are not born; they are created through experience, training and development. Executive Coaching has become an increasingly important element of these efforts. It offers a non-confrontational, hands-on process that helps leaders to hone their skills, solve problems and address key and sometimes sensitive development issues.

Simmons Associates has created a coaching process designed with efficiency and focus in mind. The process is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client, to address specified issues and developmental areas. Executives work with a Simmons Coach to create action plans to enhance essential skills while maintaining demonstrated strengths.

Key Objectives – Participants will:

  • Increase individual’s awareness of strengths and gaps between current behaviors and performance and proven leadership techniques
  • Identify key behavior changes necessary with observable milestones to ensure greater success
  • Improve interpersonal dynamics and skill building for higher performance and better business results
  • To build a leader’s capacity and confidence to manage through challenging situations, including diversity-related issues and to transfer knowledge to different situations
